The People Behind the Practice

Aadil works with companies across software, robotics, financial services and renewable energy, drafting and negotiating the licensing frameworks, channel and supply agreements, and data processing agreements their revenue depends on. His transactional work includes API and platform licensing, enterprise subscription agreements, back-to-back risk in reseller chains, and data governance frameworks for companies working against regulatory requirements that are still being written.

Before founding Vectis, he built and led the technology practice vertical at Peritum Partners, where he structured acquisitions, joint ventures, and startup investments across sectors. He organised the Coromandel AI Conclave and authored the Coromandel AI Compact, a policy framework for AI regulation. He takes Product, Commercial and Project Counsel engagements.

Sanjhna advises technology companies on product compliance and on the transactions that fund and reshape them. She works with engineering and business teams to structure the licensing frameworks and data processing agreements a product runs on, and she leads private equity investments, strategic acquisitions, and the regulatory structuring that goes with a capital raise.

Before joining Vectis she practised in the technology and product advisory vertical at Peritum Partners, advising startups and mid-market companies on go-to-market readiness and compliance. Before that, at JSA Advocates & Solicitors, she ran due diligence end to end and negotiated definitive documentation on domestic and outbound transactions.

Hirendhar runs the firm’s brand protection work. He monitors client marks and domains for infringement and takes domain disputes through UDRP and the registrar channels himself; where enforcement has to run wider than that, he instructs and coordinates the specialists.

That work began at Safenames, where he handled domain management and digital brand protection across international portfolios. At Peritum Partners it widened into technology advisory: commercial agreements for digital businesses, API integrations, and data processing frameworks.

He also works on the questions AI platforms raise about consent, liability, and where responsibility sits when several parties share a system. Alongside the legal work he builds and experiments with web data infrastructure.
